AILA Advocacy Efforts Helping Improve Welfare of Immigrants

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) brings together over 15,000 professionals who teach and practice immigration law. Campaigns such as AILA Fearless Lawyering help to empower AILA members with cutting-edge tools and skills needed to address challenges that immigrants face daily in immigration courts. Some of the techniques taught to members include trial practice strategies as well as federal court litigation to help lower the increasing cases of deportation.
