An accomplished Arizona immigration lawyer, Rodney Malpert is experienced in all areas related to business immigration as well as their related laws. Since 2008 he has served as a partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, a globally recognized corporate immigration service provider and adviser. Besides his professional work, Rodney Malpert maintains membership with numerous professional organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) brings together over 15,000 professionals who teach and practice immigration law. AILA has an Immigration Justice Campaign whose mandate is to seek justice and help detained non-citizens by fighting for their rights in court. The demand for attorneys experienced in defending immigrants involved in removal proceedings has significantly increased. As a result, many detained immigrants lack legal representation including during their appearance in court. This means thousands of detained immigrants who urgently require legal services are not able to access these critical services.

In this regard, AILA is dedicated to ensure more members participate in pro bono work to represent the most vulnerable immigrants. With the help of pro bono partners, AILA continues to maximize its community efforts and have a united voice on various critical advocacy issues. Campaigns such as AILA Fearless Lawyering help to empower AILA members with cutting-edge tools and skills needed to address challenges that immigrants face daily in immigration courts. Some of the techniques taught to members include trial practice strategies as well as federal court litigation to help lower the increasing cases of deportation.
